What to bring?
In order to register as a Seller you will need to bring a minimum of 15 items to sell. Items must be in excellent condition. There is a $6 participation charge for all sellers which will be deducted from your total sales.

We accept clothes (size newborn to 20 and Juniors), shoes, toys, play houses, bicycles, tricycles, videos, video games, children's CD's, board games, baby monitors, strollers, bouncers, swings, play pens, portable cribs, bassinets, nursery decorations, baby bedding, maternity clothes, diaper bags, costumes, school uniforms and more. Please call or e-mail us if you are unsure about bringing a certain item for sale.

What We Do Not accept

Out of Season clothing. The Spring/Summer sale is for Spring and Summer clothing only and the Fall/Winter Sale is for Fall and Winter clothing only.

Blue Jeans and long sleeve shirts are accepted at all sales.

Fall/Winter Guidelines:

Nothing stained, torn, faded, etc. Nothing out of the current style. No broken zippers, missing buttons, etc. All items must be in good condition and ready to wear.

Car Seats. Sorry we cannot accept any car seats.

Stuffed animals, handmade items, meal toys, or any item which is not in proper working order with all necessary parts included. Please include working batteries in all toys that require them.

No broken toys, torn books, or any item missing pieces (such as puzzles). All toys must be in excellent condition and working properly. No dirty/dusty toys or baby equipment. PLEASE clean/dust all toys and baby equipment before bringing them to the Sale.

NO TOYS WHICH ARE LISTED ON A RECALL LIST WILL BE ACCEPTED.  ALL SELLERS MUST CHECK TO SEE IF ANY TOY BEING BROUGHT FOR SALE IS ON THE CPSC RECALL LIST.  www.cpsc.gov When visiting this website, you may search for your specific toy by clicking "Recall and Product Safety News" then you can search by Product Type or Product Description.  Please check your manufacturers website also to make sure there is not a voluntary recall of your toy/crib/pack n play, etc.  Toys which are on a recall list ARE NOT SAFE for your children or any other child to play with.  Toys may be removed from the Sale floor at any time if they are found to be on a recall list.  The Consignor retains responsibility for any item which is on a manufacturers recall list.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR TOYS CAREFULLY.

Drop Off
Drop-Off will be Wednesday, October 6thfrom noon to 7 p.m. and Thursday, October 7th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Expo Gardens.

When dropping off your items, all clothing must be sorted according to size and gender.  Zip tie or rubber band hangers together for each size you are bringing.

Clothing items not sorted according to size and gender will not be accepted.

When you arrive you will need to sign in and have your items inspected by a volunteer for any stains, rips, broken zippers, etc. Please plan to stay with us for a few minutes to help place your items on the Sale floor.

Then we'll see you at the Preview Sale on Thursday, October 7th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Pick Up
You may pick up any unsold items after the sale has ended on Saturday at 5:00 p.m.

Any items not picked up on Saturday, October 9th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. will be donated to the Neightborhood House.

This season’s KCC donations will be donated to the Neighborhood House.

Neighborhood House is a safe haven multiservice center that coordinates youth and adult services in a highly visible, secure, and accessible facility.  Hundreds of individuals receive the comprehensive services offered by the staff who strive to provide needed services to area residents.  Programs include infant, toddler, and early childhood programs, latch key program, daily senior citizen programs, meals on wheels, and critter meals on wheels. Your donations of clothing and toys will be passed on to those in need that walk through our doors on a daily basis.  Our “toy store” that provides toys for over 900 children at Christmas time would also benefit tremendously.

Checks
All checks will be mailed within 2 weeks of the end of the sale. You will receive 70% of your total sales minus the $6 participation charge (example - $200 in total sales x 70% - $6 = total amount of check paid to Seller)
