What to bring?
NEW THIS SPRING: In order to register as a Seller you will need to bring a minimum of 25 items to sell or $50 value. Items must be in excellent condition.
There is a $10 participation charge for all sellers which will be deducted from your total sales.
ALL Consignors earn 70% of their sales. (No increased % for working sale. All work shifts are PAID.)
We accept children’s clothing (girls size newborn to Juniors, and boys size newborn through 20..no women’s sizes please).

Out of Season clothing. The Spring/Summer sale is for Spring and Summer clothing only and the Fall/Winter Sale is for Fall and Winter clothing only. OUR MAY SALE IS A SPRING/SUMMER SALE.

Nothing stained, torn, faded, etc. Nothing out of the current style. No broken zippers, missing buttons, etc. All items must be in good condition and ready to wear.
PLEASE NOTE: WE NO LONGER ACCEPT MATERNITY CLOTHES.
NEW THIS SPRING: NO VHS OR CASSETTE TAPES
NO STUFFED ANIMALS, handmade items, meal toys, or any item which is not in proper working order with all necessary parts included.
Please include working batteries in all toys that require them.
No broken toys, torn books, or any item missing pieces (such as puzzles).
All toys must be in excellent condition and working properly.
No dirty/dusty toys or baby equipment. PLEASE clean/dust all toys and baby equipment before bringing them to the Sale.
ALL TOYS/BABY EQUIPMENT MUST HAVE WORKING BATTERIES!
If an item you have brought for sale is opened at check-out and parts are found to be missing a $10 fine will be accessed. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK EVERY ITEM TO ENSURE ALL PARTS ARE INCLUDED AND ITEMS ARE WORKING PROPERLY WITH ALL PARTS INCLUDED!
NO TOYS WHICH ARE LISTED ON A RECALL LIST WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL SELLERS MUST CHECK TO SEE IF ANY TOY BEING BROUGHT FOR SALE IS ON THE CPSC RECALL LIST.

Toys which are on a recall list ARE NOT SAFE for your children or any other child to play with. Toys may be removed from the Sale floor at any time if they are found to be on a recall list. The Consignor retains responsibility for any item which is on a manufacturers recall list. PLEASE CHECK YOUR TOYS CAREFULLY.
Drop Off at Expo Gardens
NOTE NEW TIME: TUES MAY 3 9am-8pm (we close promptly at 8pm so plan accordingly).
When dropping off your items, all clothing must be sorted according to size and gender. Zip tie or rubber band hangers together for each size you are bringing.
Clothing items not sorted according to size and gender will not be accepted.
When you arrive you will need to sign in and have your clothing inspected for any stains, rips, broken zippers, etc.
NEW FOR SPRING 2022:
- Sellers will be putting out clothing and shoes in the correct size/gender section.
- Sellers will be placing toys and other non clothing items in tubs at end of various sections: books, toys, baby supplies, etc
- For accuracy, please do NOT allow your children to put out clothing + other items.
WORKER PRESALE:

FRI MAY 6 5pm-7pm
Open to ALL KCC Workers! Spouse + Kids can attend with you! Your Guest will shop 2pm.
Workers will receive 1 Worker Presale Pass + 1 Guest Presale Pass.
SELLER + GUEST PRESALE:

FRI MAY 6 5:30-7pm
Sellers will receive 2 Presale Passes when you drop off. 1 pass for you, 1 for a Guest. Spouse + kids welcome to attend with whomever has a Presale Pass. BRING PRESALE PASS FOR ENTRY!!
Pick Up
SAT MAY 7 from 6:00pm -7:30pm. (We cannot accommodate early/late pick ups).
PLEASE NOTE: Items which are marked for donation will be moved when the Sale closes on Sat May 7.
These items will be placed in a designated area to be ready for pick-up by our designated charity. If you think you may return for an item please do not mark it for donation.
Any items not picked up on Sat May 7 6:00pm -7:30pm will be donated to Threads, Hope & Love, Washington IL. Visit threadshopeandlove.org for more info about this wonderful organization!

$200 in total sales x 70% – $10 = $130.00 (The total amount of check paid to Seller)
